Take the free gondola here!

The first day it snowed like crazy and was super windy, the second day, sunny and not a cloud in the sky, The third day, sunny and snowy. What a great trip.

This is a great place to have very nice views of the mountains. There is a bar and a restaurant that have good food and drinks.

I like Peak 8 better than 9 during the winter ski season. Nine is usually one of the most busy peaks in Breckenridge. It has the ski school, kids program and lots of green runs. Peak 8 is mostly blue and black runs, so the caliber is slightly different. In the summer, peak 8 has a Fun Park. It's not... More

We visited in August and purchased the day pass. I would recommend getting there quite a bit before it opens for the day as it takes some time to purchase the tickets and take the gondola up the mountain. There is definitely enough activities to spend the entire day to make it worth the money. Pay attention to the weather... More

We took the free gondola up to Peak 8. We enjoyed an outdoor picnic on a cold, yet sunny day sitting outside at the restaurant up here. We watched the skiers and snow boarders come down the slopes and also do some jumps at the ramps here. We had wanted to do the Golden Coaster, but due to all the... More

Breckenridge is a top ski resort in the United States. No parking at the top - so you have to catch the Free-ride up to the mountain or planned to be dropped off. Great Apres ski opportunity at the T-Bar.

We've been to Breck a few times. They had the best early season snow (2016). They opened earliest and had a progressive opening of runs when other mountains were just opening 1. Great beginner skiing for young children. We've done lessons before but this time just skied with kids.

We brought our kids here while on vacation. We got here around lunchtime, and were going to do some of the paid activities at the fun park. We were disappointed to see that most of the options, even mini-golf, were either all-day passes, or really expensive, or not a la carte. Because we arrived half way through the day, we... More
