Went to Bristol for dinner. Food service to table took forty minutes after ordering (at counter). Burgers were just burgers, nothing special, $14.95 per. Beer was OK. People were nice, but slowwwwwww.

What a cool place! Bristol Brewing is housed within a former school and they've done a great job of keeping the internal and external look and feel of this place - as a school. We've had drinks here twice now and really like it. We're big fans of their Mass Transit and also enjoy their Laughing Lab. This time there,... More

Went for a late lunch. Had seen their beer in my liquor store but as usual it tastes best at the source. This is a unique location. An old school that has been converted for use by several different business. The floors still squeak in the hall and the Gym look ready for a game. Downstairs is where they are... More

I've visited this place a couple time while in the springs and they have amazing beers that you can buy all over the springs. The venue was casual and there was a good food offering too. There are several other shops and places to visit in the same building as Bristol.

A casual lunch at the brewery patio was a very nice way to enjoy a happy crowd, enjoy nice beers and inventive delicious food snacks. We plan to bring friends back to watch their reactions and enjoyment as well. I'll probably going to try the green chili poutine next time.

Very busy Saturday night and I came a bit on the late side for a quick dinner and a beer. The hostess was delightful and seated me immediately. Morgan did a nice job checking with me from time to time just about the right amount of time. Lots of table options indoor and out and outside might be a great... More

Have had all of their beers and they are all excellent. My favorite is the IPA. The food there is also very good. Might be the best burger in town.

My wife and I went to Bristol on a Wednesday mid-afternoon for an early dinner. We easily found this place - a converted school house. Very cool. We found the service to be great. The menu also had what we were looking for - sandwiches. Nothing exotic - burgers and such. I had the bacon blue cheese burger. The burger... More

I joined friends there. I had an excellent IPA. The tables were in such locations, it wasn't very noisy and was easy to talk. I had the blue cheese burger and coleslaw and it was tasty.
