We have been to this restaurant several times. The last two visits have been very disappointing ... and our last 😕 The food is ok, the service was very slow! The servers are friendly, but the kitchen takes way too long to get food out. I'm guessing the beer is good, as they have an extensive drink menu.... but I... More

The beer they brew here is unique and there are enough varieties to accommodate even those who do not like beer. This is a great place to eat. I highly recommend the porter aged in the whiskey barrels.

We stopped in here for dinner on our first night in Colorado. To start, they have quite a few of their own beers available on draft. I couldn’t decide which I wanted, so I got a flight of 4. Enjoyed them all, especially the Ring of Fire, an ale with green chilis. Dinner was quite good too, especially the Phantom... More

Lovely restaurant that starts out looking like just a bar. But go upstairs, and you'll find some great food. They have incredible meals, not your typical bar food. Everything is inventive, delicious, and served in a lovely, old Colorado Springs building with a beautiful view.

We like Phantom Canyon for lunch. The ambiance is very conducive to a relaxing meal. It gets louder late afternoon and evening when the after work crowd arrives! the food is great and my husband says the beer is even better! I prefer the bar cocktails myself!

Phantom Canyon is in a great location, downtown Colorado Springs in what I was told is an old railway company building. It's quite elegant. The staff is good and the brews are excellent with a wide variety.

The food was very good and the portions were large, especially the bison burger. The beer selection was extensive and tasty. The atmosphere was lively but not rowdy, and I was thrilled to find the game I wanted to watch on TV. The service was slightly uneven, which lowered my rating from a five star establishment.

My husband and I ate here a couple of times while we were staying at the Mining Exchange Hotel. It is just a few blocks away, and an easy walk. The food and beer were very nice, service was friendly, and welcoming. We will be back the next time we are in Colorado Springs!

This si the gathering spot for the yuppies of Colorado Springs. It NOT a family place. It is packed with people, has pool tables and a varied and simple menu. The beers are varied and good. The noise level on the ground floor is dangerous to normal hearing and worse for those with hearing aids. Hint: there are three floors... More
