Shopping and Dining in the heart of Downtown

Great selection of shops and restaurants in a few block radius means you can see a lot with minimal walking. Something for everything.

If you are looking for a cute and quiet place to go to lunch then I recommend the Market. The food was amazing!

Larimer square is not the place you go for real shopping, but it nice to walk around, see the stores, choose a restaurant and have dinner there. You will find upscale stores, art galleries, wine bars, fine restaurants, etc... At night they turn on the lights and it looks very cool.

Larimer square is a one block area that offers boutique style shops and several restaurants. We were there after Christmas and it was still decorated with several wreaths and lights. NIce area where you feel safe at any time.

Our family of 5 stopped to visit and eat on Larimer Square on the way back to Texas. We were drawn to the street based on "Top thing to do in Denver" reviews and had an enjoyable visit. Many of the reviews we had read prior to our stop included photos that were taken at night during the Christmas season... More

We were in town for a Broncos game, and ended up in Larimer Square every night. There are a few good steakhouses and a nice variety of bars and pubs. The Christmas lights made the experience extra festive.

Larimer Square is made up of old beautiful buildings that would remind you of Christmas' of the past with the lights strung across the street and the stores wrapped with garland. Great choice of food and shops.

This area was a fun place to walk around. Lots of restaurants to eat at especially nice to sit outside and just relax, have a coffee and people watch. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area.

This is just one block and about 20 shops. The market/deli was very good but the other stores are just stores. Very little of real interest. Cherry Creek has about 20X the number and variety of stores. Everything is expensive.
