Well appointed galleries, interesting themed exhibits, it’s big enough that even on a busy day we didn’t feel crowded. A very unique building make sure to take the time to look around. Note: special exhibits may need tickets purchased in advance for a specific time.

As avid museum-goers, we were pretty excited to be within walking distance of the DAM from our downtown hotel. The building itself is exciting to look at and, from what we could tell, there will soon be an impressive extension. However, on the day we...More

We have visited the DAM many times and will continue to for the quality of the exhibits. Dior was the reason for this trip and well worth it. Very well laid out and presented. Plan on more than a couple hours to see, read and...More

Only one-half of the museum is open right now because extensive renovations are going on in the original building across the street, but it is still the place to be. I have recently been to several outstanding temporary exhibits there, such as Dior, Rembrandt's etchings,...More

I visited the museum during a 6 hour stint in Denver.hoped to see the Dior collection but it was sold out. The museum is extremely kid friendly and had some interesting art.

Denver is a very modern city and this site specifically shows the incredible architecture of the town. Many interesting exhibitions take place around the year, so this is a must when you visit.

In July, we got to visit Denver, for more than just a connection at Denver International Airport. Since we moved away, in 1998, our trips back have just been too few, and far between, but we were in town, and making up for lost years....More

We are members so we try to go to all the special exhibits, but recently saw the Dior exhibit and it was fabulous! Whether or not you're a member, I recommend going online and getting a 10:00 time so you're the first ones in. Afterward...More

We went to Denver just for the Dior exhibit and if you can make it in the next month, I highly recommend. It was amazing! Worth the trip. The museum is nice and modern yet without the Dior exhibit and the second building still being...More

Be aware that some people get very dizzy inside this building. The Dior exhibit was very interesting and the other galleries are great. If you get dizzy just sit down and look at a straight wall. It’s because the walls are not at right angles....More

We covered the top two floors in a couple of hours. I would suggest 2-3 hours to give you a good flavor of the museum.
