Missed the tour but the giftshop staff was nice enough to give us a quick viewing of the production floor and explain the operation. (Excellent ambassador for the business). We... read more

This is a great tour that is actually free!! Having seen Hammond's candy in several boutique type stores in our hometown, this was such a treat to actually visit the factory! The tour only about 30 minutes, which is a perfect amount of time with little ones. We had 5 in our group, ages ranging from 6-53 and everyone was... More

Free tour. Free parking. Free candy sample at the end of the tour. There is a geocache hidden at the side of the parking lot. It was interesting to see how candy is made.

If you are in Denver and have an hour to kill, stop by for a quick tour. It was really cute, quite informative and you even get a free treat at the end. Fun for all ages. It smells like heaven in there!!!!

This was supposed to be a big treat for my grandson - which it was - but I really enjoyed it too. The history of the company and the particularity that goes into candy making was fascinating and largely unknown by me. The tour was fun and lively with samples, and a trip to the gift shop (with more candy!)... More

See how candy is made. Long time company with lots of employees on display making candy products from scratch. Informative tour and short movie about history. Ends in nicely stocked gift shop. Sweet experience.

This could be a great tour, but you spend most of the time walking a long hallway with a window to the factory. And then near the end watching some video monitors of different areas of the factory. Not interactive at all. Video in the beginning was too long, especially for kids. Much potential here...

I love touring Hammonds, and have been there three times. It is so interesting to watch how they make the candy, and the sweet aroma of sweets. The tourr is very nice, and their gift shop is like being in Willie Wonkas Chocolate factory.

Very interesting tour and it's free. My wife wanted to do this tour and I expected it to be boring. It definitely was not boring. I ended up taking a couple videos of the candy making processes. I'd never seen a factory so "hands-on." The tour starts with a video and then proceeds to a viewing hallway. Fascinating! And they... More

You get a free sample. And you get to watch how candy is made. I wish they had seating where you could see and sit at the same time. Cause you are kinda just left standing there. And if you have any feet or back pain, that's not so fun. But it was cool. Had a hard time hearing what... More
