Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good size urban park. Very walkable. Lots of places to sit and watch people, dogs, the water passing by. Can ride a bike or stroll, or have a picnic.

You are in the city but out of it at the same time. It's an easy walk from the very touristy 16th St. mall or you can take a free trolly. There's a great walking trail and a REI store nearby. Some people were even splashing in the water. Loved the ambiance

My husband and I were visiting Denver and after a quic breakfast at a local coffee shop, we headed to Confluence Park. It was easy to find parking nearby and we walked down to the REI side. We had a great time sitting and watching all the families playing in the water with their kids and/or their dogs! With the Starbucks nearby, we walked up to get a drink and then headed across the bridge to check out the other side. It's a great place for a walk, to exercise, to bring your dog and kids, or to spend a quiet while watching the water flowing by.

BEWARE: Do not leave your bike unattended or ever in thw REI parking lot. This is a hot spot for bike theft and high end bikes are stolen weekly. If you are from out of town know this is the case and be extra vigilant in protecting your bike. Never leave your bike unattended.

This place is beautiful and a great place to bring smaller kids for a swim, way safer than an actual beach. The water is shallow and the perfect temperature. I would come everyday if I could. There are plenty of places to lounge and have picnic as well.

Things to Bring:
Intertubes for the rapids
Watershoes - a must, the sand is extremely rocky and can hurt if not protected
Sunscreen
Blanket

Very nice park. We were able to find parking easily with a short walk to the park over the bridge. We enjoyed lunch along the river (we brought it). Lots of people sitting in the grass or along the water reading, lounging, and hanging out. It's a beautiful outdoor space. Across the bridge there are lovely stores and restaurants. Great location!

We went through this park multiple times and enjoyed it each time. We could have spent hours just sitting here soaking it all in. We were here during the daytime and at night and it was enjoyable no matter the time of the day.

I love walking around here - it's really cute and plenty of walking and biking trails all around to enjoy yourself! Bring a blanket and relax or even dip your feet in the river as well. Have fun!

This is off below and to the side of this bridge downtown. Has a beautiful little canal, a fully paved sidewalk, and some railings around, so don't fall in. Really nice view from above. Great area to walk through (or possibly sit and chill) and enjoy the sounds of the water moving. I didn't see any seating.

Not a lot going on here in winter. If you’re there for the snow like I was, then you’ll enjoy it. Full of dog walkers, runners/joggers, family’s. Would like to see it in the summer.
