I have an annual pass and live nearby. I just love the wide open vistas of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. I can visit for an hour or the whole day. Well-maintained hiking trails are uncrowded.

Just for clarification, the incident in the bathroom was only one time. This did not occur on a daily basis. And, as awkward as it was, this would not keep me or my friends, from returning. Hope to visit this park... More

I know there is one short trail that's wheelchair accessible that goes around a small pond. It's one of the first "trails" you come to, on the left.
