My friend and I love to try new wines and when we saw this place, we knew we needed to try it. We were horribly disappointed. We felt like we were bothering the fellow in between tokes. He didn't seem to be fully conscious. And the wine was not good at all. No wonder we were the only ones there... More

We had a wonderful time chatting with the owner as we enjoyed our wine sampling (great selection on the sampling). He gave us a lot of information about his wines and how they are made and where the grapes come from. A super cozy winery and the owner is friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

I always make a point to visit a winery whenever I go on vacation and Winter Park Winery didn't disappoint. A boutique winery, John makes the wines local, so expect the unexpected when you come in for your tasting.

Great time at the wine tasting. Good people stop in and great conversations. John has some good recommendations. There are good whites and a great variety of reds! I left with a case and looking forward to opening the bottles.

Strange- the wine wasn't what we expected. The person who waited on us wasn't unfriendly, just maybe had spent some time at the local dispensary. Normally at wine tastings, you find folks very eager to talk to you about their wine and the area. We did go home with some wine and the bottles are cool.

We finally checked out the winery today after driving by several times. Cute and small but gets the job done. We were able to taste enough to find a few to buy. Great place in Winter Park and we will be back.

Great little winery - John was very nice & described the wines we tasted very well. My daughter didn't want to try all the wines - so he was very nice in only charging 1/2 price for her tastings. The wines were good. If you're in Winter Park you should stop in & do the tastings & relax! 😊

We paid 10 dollars and we tasted.about 7 kind of wines. Nobody pressures on you to buy something which was really good.

Thursday afternoon tasting found three others there, and Pam welcomed us. For $10 we got five tastings. I enjoyed the five reds while my husband had four whites and a red. The servings were very generous! No pressure to buy, and I did like four of the five reds. There is also one in Denver on Walnut street.

We spent a great time here while waiting for our train to arrive (the station is right next to it) and experienced the wine tasting (5 wines for $10)... Loved every drop. We also had some cheese and crackers with it. I must admit we thought "winery in winter park? Really?" But it was worth it.
