Description:

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs...

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool. The Ute Indians called it Yampah, meaning "big medicine." Soothe your muscles after outdoor activities year round. The large pool is kept at a comfortable 90°- 93° F and the smaller therapy pool averages about 104° F. Additional amenities include a lodge, spa, athletic club, grill and shopping. Relieve muscle and joint pain, or just relax and feel the wonder of a soak in our hot springs. Soaking in hot, highly concentrated mineral water has many health benefits. Increasing body temperature helps the body naturally kill harmful germs and viruses, eliminate toxins, and increase blood flow. The absorbtion of essential minerals gives the body a natural boost. You will feel the difference within minutes of stepping in. Jump in the large pool, at over 400 feet long, and "cool down." Swim laps or practice your form on the diving board. Water slides, mini golf, and kiddie pool are available in the warmer months. Bring your own cooler and snacks, or stop by the poolside Grill to grab a bite.

A visit to this natural hot spring pool facility is a must if you are in Glenwood Springs. Very relaxing and soothing of at the end of the day, or, as we found out, in the morning as well.

We visited in November and as always really enjoyed it. It was even better this time as the big pool seemed to be cleaner than last time we were here. Hot pool was about 104 degrees, cooler pool about 100. Very relaxing and also healing as water contains natural minerals. Beautiful setting enhance the experience. Staff were nice and professional.... More

I searched for a vacation even the teenagers would like and decided to choose something lazy and relaxing- hot springs. We visited both venues in town and liked them both. This one is old, charming, offered good people watching, and was affordable.

Bring your whole family here - lot's of fun whether it's winter or summer. Beautiful on a winter night with the fog hanging so low in the pool you can barely see 3 feet.

It is worth the drive or detour. We drive over from SLC. Amazing water and lovely to be outdoors on a winter night.

You want to experience amazing healing waters and not have to hike for miles. You must enjoy the springs and the spa. It is amazingly clean and historic. Experience what native Americans and locals have been enjoying for centuries.

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway. My SO and I love to come here every once in a while to enjoy some time away from the city. It never gets old. It's honestly one of my favorite places in Colorado. The prices are just right, and it's walking distance from most hotels in Glenwood Springs. The pool is... More

may not be as grand as the Blue Lagoon in Iceland but because it has a more man made design but that makes it more constant. anyway, the "big pool" as I call it is a bit warmer than a normal pool and the "hot pool" is at a much higher temp that I can not remember at this time.... More

I love the hot springs I wish I lived closer to a hot spring it's one of my favorite things to do next to hiking, biking, creating art, writing, potting plants, cooking, singing and dancing.

We went all three days during our visit. Usually for about 1.5-2 hours. The larger pool is a very comfortable, warm pool (I believe they say 90 degrees, but it felt warmer). Warm enough that if you get a little cold you just have to move around a bit to warm up. Super easy to float in the water. The... More
