Only 3 chairlifts but something for all levels. We went mid week and didn’t have to wait in any lines. Prices are terrific too! Family friendly and just plain fun. If you like to snowshoe they have many trails adjacent to the ski runs that...More
Hands-down our favorite mountain to ski in Colorado. Parking near the lift, affordable lift ticket prices, friendly and smiling employees, and THE BEST ski instructors. For two years in a row, Matt and the gang at the ski school have provided private lessons (which may...More
We did the 2.5 hour snowmobile tour led by Ty and had a fantastic time. His instruction made us first timers comfortable from the get go, and he did a great job throughout the tour ensuring everyone stayed safe while having tons of fun. I...More
Only $65 for full day pass to an area with a 2000' vertical. It's really a locals secret as it is a 17 minute drive meandering drive to get back to it. But once there it will surprise.

Our family has skied at Sunlight before and always enjoys coming back. It’s a further drive for us than some of the other resorts, but we appreciate the smaller crowds and shorter lift lines.

Pros: Plenty of runs, all colors. I like greens and there was plenty to choose from. My kids like harder runs and they were thrilled as well. I tried one blue and it seemed like a black to me - kids confirmed that the blues...More
A really nice ski area about 20 minutes from Glenwood. The ski slopes were great for my dtr and I, plenty of greens and blues. I only rate the place a 4 because it wasn't a great rental experience. Next time I would rent in...More

I just called the resort and they said they do not allow ski bikes on the mountain while the lifts are running. If you want to ride something like that after the resort is closed, it's considered National Forest. If you have any other questions and it's off season, you can call Sunlight Ski and Bike at 970-945-9425 and they should be able to answer any questions. Hope that helps
