It was a drizzly day so we decided to do something indoors. This is a small but interesting museum housed in an old house. Interesting collection of artifacts that are mainly about the town of Glenwood Springs, which was fine with us. Admission is cheap,...More

It's another house in the neighborhood but when you go inside, there is a plethora of artifacts, many of which you can touch. The kids were given a paper for a scavenger hunt to find various museum pieces, which kept them engaged and interested in...More

Go back in time. Vision the late 1800's in the west. Very worthwhile!!! If you are interested, come to the Ghost Walk in the fall to visit Doc Joliday's grave around Halloween.

$4 for adults and $2 for kids. The house is beautiful by itself. But is packed full of really interesting items from the past. They do a scavenger hunt for the little kids to keep them engaged in the tour. It is worth going!

This museum is fun to visit because it is located in a historic home. The museum itself is a very large collection of antiques, some with handwritten explanations on them. You are encouraged to touch some of the exhibits which is fun. There is even...More
