I like that this didn't seam like a crowed closet and everything was well displayed in lit. Make sure you check their web site for exciting goings on, just enhances the visit. Oh and def get the combo ticket to the Astor house!

Even at $3.00 admission it is overpriced. At least half of the center is closed and the rest wasn't interesting.More

How can one visit Golden without a short visit to the History Center? Well it was worth every minute. Very cool town with a neat history. Free too!

this museum really had very interesting facts about golden. ill just say you wont believe all the things that were invented and started in this small town. it was a great place to visit.

We had my daughter's engagement party here. We had it in the summer and with the patio overlooking over Clear Creek made it a great experience.

Pretty good little museum on the grounds of the School of Mining. It is free, see lots of gold, silver and other rocks.

They have great pamphlets and were very helpful in directing us to the quickest way to see elk and wildlife on our last day in Colorado.
