Nice, paved path, but watch out for bikers. Many are rude, and have no respect for walkers. not the greatest place to walk your dog, because there are lots of prairie dogs, and there are frequent outbreaks of rabies, as well as flea issues.

I've ridden this bike trail a ton of times. It is superior to many that flood out or get sandy. Well maintained and beautiful in the summer.
