Love this place so much! Stop here often on my way back from a bike ride. Even met Danny's parents there once. It's a beautiful place to reflect and think about all who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom and safety. OK.....I actually talk to Danny......and pray for his family.....and for all of those serving our country.

Situated in the neighborhood where Danny Dietz grew up, this memorial has very special meaning as a member of the community. Whether taking my children on the Fourth of July or stopping myself on a quiet day to pay my respects, this memorial is an important reminder of the sacrifice made by a local boy for the betterment of us... And his team mates but this is not really worth the trip unless it is very personal for you. It's a little park with a sculpture of Danny in fatigues and combat gear. Sometimes there are little flags but that's it. It is just really cool that this was done. I wish everyone who served and gave their life got... More

A sad occasion but tastefully presented. I went there with someone who served with Mr. Dietz. He added insight and perspective.

This young man, who set a fine example for all Americans, is commemorated in a fine memorial. Please visit and be respectful of all he and his companions did!

As a veteran of the US Army I felt privileged to visit Danny's Memorial. It was also sad anytime an American Soldier loses his life. This memorial is just an other reminder of the what is bought home from all wars! *Take the time to visit the Vietnam Veteran's Wall just outside the Highlands Ranch Library.

A great memorial to the tribute for the ultimate sacrifice. Danny grew up in our neighborhood (BowMar and Littleton) and the tribute is fitting and to remind us all to say "thank you" to those who serve our country when given the opportunity.
