I love this mall. It has all the current stores. Including Tattered Cover book Store, Chick fil la, Starbucks, Apple, Gap, the list goes on. The best part is they have individual entrances from the parking lot.

There was a nice little farmer's market in the parking lot while we were there. We took a stroll. Typica stuff. This is a great little open air mall. Very clean with upscale shops.

Probably just over 7%- 3% state, 3% Littleton, add RTD and cultural arts and there you go.
