My husband, daughter, and I went for our first dive ever. It was a good time. The instructors were fun and easy to visit with. It happens fast. You no sooner get there and get suited up, they lead you out the door into the plane and you take off. We went tandem and that’s the only way for inexperienced people to go. Only option. Your instructor latches you to him on the plane. You scoot closer to the door when it’s your turn and before you know it... you’re free falling. You free fall for about the first 5,000 feet. You don’t even feel that though. Happens so naturally. We paid for a video, and I highly recommend that. I also highly recommend that you keep your feet up when you land like they tell you. I am small and did not have any problems landing. My instructor was able to support me. However my husband is heavier like 215 and he ended up landing and bruising his tailbone. I don’t think the instructor was able to carry him in. It was a good time though. Highly recommend. Pay the extra money for a video otherwise you’ll never remember all of how it went down!!

The facility is extremely nice, accomodates many people both customer and employee. They have knowledgeable staff, good instructors and fantastic attitudes. This facility is clean, modern, has great equipment, safe practices and has friendly staff. They have nice aircraft that are regularly maintained, a large landing area, with many optional landing out zones. They provide a service that they have been providing for 24 years! They know what they are doing and constantly improve on anything they may see as a area to be improved upon. The recent year has had a sad number of accidents CAUSED by PERSONAL CHOICES MADE BY THE experienced and licensed jumpers, you can't blame the facility or company for decisions individual jumpers make!! That is ignorant. You can't blame the facility for weather conditions that are not safe. If the weather conditions are not safe and you can't jump then they should be recognized for providing excellent customer service no matter how frustrating it may be. They are keeping you as the customer safe so that you can come back and jump with a beautiful and safe weather environment. If you didn't know that weather is very vital to being able to skydive then you are now aware. Do not go into something, get involved and not fully understand what you are participating in. That is your personal ignorance not the company or facilities fault. There are plenty of resources on the internet to find answers you as a customer may have or the staff can gladly explain how things work if you have the patience to listen. Skydiving isn't an amusement park, it's not a game! It is an amazing experience, it is a lot of fun, and there is nothing else like it! It requires patience, experience from others, teaching and learning, and understanding that safety aspects/parameters take the #1 priority for all activities and that just like driving a car, individuals are responsible for their own decisions and actions when they are the only one under that parachute. I know crazy!! People responsible for their own actions... mind blowing... Don't get me wrong accidents can be very sad but it shouldn't be a factor in your choice to come to this facility or any other skydive facility unless it directly involves a staff or company error as the cause. Then it would make sense but that's not the case. People can look out for the safety of others all day long but ultimately like driving a car it is the jumpers decision making, that affects the outcome. If you knowingly and voluntarily choose to participate in an activity that has some inherit risk, then you should educate yourself and listen to what experienced people have to say when making that decision. Just like driving a car and being taught how to do it and being educated on the laws or road rules. Never jump into anything in life blindly.

Went here for a family skydiving adventure. Four of us did tandem jumps with videos for the first time. This was an amazing, unforgettable experience. The views will be hard to beat on any other skydiving trip. Chris was my tandem instructor. He was very experienced and explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience. The website does say to plan on being there up to a few hours so the wait didn't bother me. One of the gals at the desk mentioned they had a lot of people show up without reservations so they were backed up a bit. I didn't get to meet my tandem instructor until we were at the loading zone due to the back up. But he was cool enough. I wish I had gotten more instruction before we took off. He did a good job of explaining things in the air though. Super cool guy. I believe they call him Shimmy. Justin did my video and photos and they turned out great. I have worked in customer type business before so I'm not going to dock them points for being busy because I understand how it gets. I still had three different people check my gear before we took off and as I said, my instructor was super cool. He even showed me how to steer the parachute which I wasn't expecting. The atmosphere at the place was amazing. The group that was in the plane with me was super cool also. Handshakes and fist bumps for everyone. I felt really calm and only got nervous for a split second when the group jumped right before us, but we were out the door so fast I didn't have time to let the nerves set in. I can say I am definitely hooked and can't wait to do it again! After I work on my landing. My suit was a bit snug so I had a hard time lifting my legs high enough. Still landed good though with only a minor hiccup lol.
