Discovered in 1881, Cave of the Winds has been a premier Colorado attraction for more than a century. Explore amazing caverns, experience total cave darkness, and marvel at the beauty of formations hundreds of thousands of years old. Then step outside and walk on the wind on the Wind Walker Challenge Course, fly like a bat on the Bat-a-Pult Zip Line, and/or dive into Williams Canyon on the one of a kind aerial dive ride the TERROR-Dactyl. Safe and fun for the whole family!

Went with a friend while visiting the area. The basic tour is $20 and not strenuous at all. Wear good shoes and not flip flops because there are some steep steps. Not claustrophobic either--everything on the regular tour is wide open. The lantern tour is supposed to be "real" caving. Our guide was Paul/Naomi and he was hilarious and full... More

Enjoyed the Discovery Tour for $20 per person. We winded around and learned some neat facts and some cool "straw" and "spider web" formations. Not much is actively growing but guide has some interesting points and history.

This was one of my favorites attractions! There is so much to learn and see inside the caves that you do not want to get out of them!

Good tour of the cave. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. Watch your step and watch your head. I would recommend Cave of the Winds if you are in the area.
