Fabulous weekend. Well worth the drive from Colorado Springs....awesome scenery along the way. Great choice of spa treatments to suit everyone. Also great choice of hot pool experiences incl the hot water stream. The restaurant has a good choice of wines/cocktails and great food.

I was really taken back when I was taking a shower, and there was a 7 yr old boy in the women's locker room (Spa side). Not only is the spa area 16 and up, but as a teacher of kids this age, this was just uncomfortable. I get it, the mom was probably by herself, but at some point... More

My husband and I just completed a "Hot Springs tour." We visited the Saratoga Hobo Pool, Strawberry Park in Steamboat Springs, Iron Mountain in Glenwood and the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. This was one of the most expensive places we visited and I have to say I was a bit disappointed here. The pools in the river are very natural... More

We have come here as a family more than once. The wife has even used the spa for hot rock message. The ability to purchase punch cards is awesome. And a week in a nearby cabin with 14 adults makes it a good get away. I am coming back as we have in the past. The employees are respectful, helpful,... More

Hot springs are amazing. Love the natural setting next to the river. Beautiful in the winter, a little cool getting out. Can't wait to check it out in the summer with the water slide.

I have stayed here three years in a row around Thanksgiving with my family now a tradition. I love the hot springs. This is probably the third best hot springs in Colorado (Pagosa and Glenwood). The ability to soak in the river is the highlight of the resort (rustic). It does feature an adult side that allows you to get... More

This was my second visit to this hot springs. I have never stayed on the resort side but had assumed that the price I paid would allow access to those pools as well, including the slide. I didn’t realize they were separate until I was told it was an additional $5 to use the slide. Since I’m cheap, I declined... More

This is a great place for a weekend getaway. Family friendly during the summer, but romantic get away all times of the year. Not easy to get a room, book early and love their package deals!!!! and discounts they offer.

We try to visit once a year (staying at the resort) but this year we decided to stay down the road at a B&B and just get the day passes. Prices are currently $35 per person for the Spa/Club access versus $18 or $22 (depending on the day of the week) for the Historic Bath House. I debated on whether... More

The bath house has been remodeled with updated locker rooms and showers There are 2 large pools. Temperatures range from 105 degrees in the pool right outside the bathhouse door to 98 degrees in the second pool. You have the option of sitting in the creek and still have the hot water. there are areas where the cool water mixes... More
