First of all, I love this place. I'm a local. It's much less crowded than The Springs and not at all as hippy as Healing waters. The price for soaking and massages is reasonable and the therapists are awesome. However, there is room for much improvement. It would be nice to know the temperatures of the pools when checking in.... More

We love the Overlook and go almost nightly while we are in Pagosa Springs. The staff is amazing and they will serve you beer and wine to you in the tub. Parking is easy and there are inside and outside soaking tubs. Our favorite is to be in the rooftop tubs in the snow. Bring your own towel to save... More

Love the OVerlook! IT is an amazingly affordable place to go for the day or just for the evening. The pools are amazing inside but the cherry on top is what is on the top! A roof top patio with 2 soaking pools! Feel the snow hit your nose as you are comfy as all get up soaking in hot... More

We checked this one out because of a great write up in a magazine. Old Victorian building but mostly just old. When we got here the receptionist was borderline rude. I don't think they want to cater to old farts like us. She was going to bring us a glass of wine but we never saw her again. The place... More

Dear NM Vistitors. I must apologize that your visit to the Overlook was not up to the 4.5 star standard most all of our guests experience. It would be helpful to know what day you visited to help me zero in on those poor customer service issues. Thats not the norm for us. Id like to address the issue of... More

Let me first say parents: hot water is not good for kids. This is not a place for kids, go to healing waters or the springs where they have a cooler pool which is suitable for your little babies and children, not to mention wet diapers on the floor in the changing room suck. All and all, I love this... More

We started on the roof and ended up in the court yard. The water temp was perfect. The view from the roof was good. The price was excellent.. We loved it.

Last night I took my family and some extended family that we're traveling with to the Overlook Spa. I took a day off from skiing and while the rest of my crew were on the mountain I began looking into spa options for us. I first reviewed a ton of feedback on TripAdvisor about several of the area bath houses,... More

To begin, there's the reasonable price. You definitely get your money's worth here. Next, the great service. Before your soak, you get a tour of the layout and where the different tubs are. I believe the woman's name was Rebecca. Every half hour or so, she would do a walk through and ask everyone if they needed anything (snacks or... More

We heard from locals to try the overlook and we are glad we did. The dressing rooms are like you stepped back to the 1920’s in a good way. The people there were very nice and helpful. If you just want to soak up a mineral bath without the expense and crowds of a resort this is the place.
