One of my favorite beaches in Mindanao. Dahican is 4 hours away from Davao. It may seem far but it's worth to visit this place. I miss it a lot.

Well as of this writing this place is CROWDED and you reallyy can't have that relaxing feeling anymore. The place is not secluded and a lot of millenials are flocking to this place. Overrated. Just don't expect too much to have that alone time here

It's been my 3rd time visiting Dahican but every time I visit, I find the beach wonderful. The view and the color is just breathtaking. :)

We drove here from Davao. It takes about 3 1/2 hrs. The waves weren’t to big so it was a great place to swim and hang out for the day. We rented a cabana where we ate lunch and were able to get out of...More

This is now becoming a favorite place for local surfers. It has also a long white sand beach with medium size waves of the Pacific Ocean.

The Dahican beach is very unique. Instead of crystal clear waters, you actually will see powder blue waters, like the one in kawasan falls. Its a literally a stretch of sand and surf with the locals and tourist either trying to surf or practicing surfing...More

This beach is a great place to hang out. The atmosphere is happy and relaxed. Nice, clean, fine sand, clean water, good surf. Trees afford good shade here and there.

Davao Oriental is perhaps one of the less visited tourist destinations in the Philippines, partly because of travelers' prejudice and preconception about Mindanao, particularly its political situation. This is quite a pity because Davao Oriental has much to offer. One place worth-visiting there is the...More

Down the beach to the left of Dacian surf resort might be better. I think it really depends on the weather. The waves were fun to play in and not that big.
