If I had to do it over again, I would probably choose another Spearfish Canyon hike. The falls themselves are pretty cool, but its kind of well traveled, sometimes paved path.

Roughlock Falls is definitely worth a stop. It's a gorgeous place to enjoy the natural beautiful of the waterfalls. You can view the falls from the top, or take a short trail down, and view them from the bottom.
