Hiked this one many times and fished the lake. Didn't catch much and if I did I released. Be careful of rocks and please come prepared. If you see weather coming, get the heck outta Dodge

This is arguably the best easy hike to an alpine lake near Denver/Boulder Colorado. Just over 4 miles roundtrip and only a few hundred feet of elevation gain, the reward at the end most certainly outweighs the effort to get there. Definitely a must see...More
