Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I happen to go to this Theater mainly because it is larger and a nice facility. However, I am a Stubs card holder and have been for many years because I love to go to movies. It is the one thing that people can still enjoy with friends or family. On yesterday my prospective changed just enough to notice the behavior of the staff. First off people spend way too much money for this experience to have it interrupted with bad behavior. The young lady at the door not friendly and failed to give our 3-D glasses to view the movie. I had to leave because I noticed the movie was very blurry. The young man at the desk was nice and willing to help. The young man after the movies when asked were to drop off the glasses to be recycled was again very rude however he did catch himself. My Point is train your staff to pride themselves in still serving the Customer and the Customer will continue to patronize and refer others to AMC for the experience. Let's never forget Customer Services and serving those who patronize us. Thank you!

Lots of theaters but only a few were open. It was one of the hottest days of the year & you’d think they would have prepared for crowds who want a cool theater in the middle of the day. Very small theaters, seats sold out quickly even though it was an old movie. Staff were polite & helpful but we won’t be going back ever. Unable to use cash to purchase tickets.

Nice experience in a full service theater. It's a little pricy, but a nice evening. The wait staff is quick and attentive.

If you're planning on going to see a movie anytime soon, I wouldn't recommend the Westminister Promenade AMC.. We went to see Spiderman there in IMAX and the theater was filthy, trash overflowing, drink and butter stations were so disgusting. I understand that it was very busy, and I'd normally just chalk some of it up to that. BUT, both before and after the movie we saw employees standing around doing nothing. While we waited forever in a concession line that barely moved, 4 employees were over standing near the drink station chatting it up and goofing around. My son spoke to the manager (red hair, her name was Mimi) and she was very rude. We also saw her yell at another customer who was wearing a very authentic looking Spiderman costume. We really thought it was cool, and all of the kids loved seeing him! She told him to take off his mask, and as he was handing his phone over to someone so he could get it off, she yelled "NOW!" Absolutely unnecessary. It's too bad that she isn't that forceful with her employees...who are literally doing nothing, while people are waiting 45 minutes in a line that isn't moving because there's only one poor guy checking them out.... In that 45 minutes alone, 2 could have helped clear the ridiculous line by assisting with checking people out, while 2 could have completely cleaned the area and taken out the trash. Maybe manager Mimi could have even helped out...??

I've never seen a business so badly managed. A decent manager should have made sure her employees were working on the unhealthy mess, and ridiculous concession line. And the way she handled the Spiderman mask situation was unprofessional. She should have asked him to step aside, away from all of the kids, and maybe actually explain to him if they have a policy about costumes - instead of just yelling at him in front of everyone!

All in all, the theater was a horrible experience.... BUT the movie was excellent!!! ....So there's that.... Definitely go see it if you haven't! Just go to the Alamo Drafthouse - or AMC Orchard if you are an AMC Stubs member - instead of AMC at the Promenade.

We are lucky to live a short distance from this theater. It is our favorite and enjoy the reclining seats. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the theater.

This is a theater I frequent frequently. They have a bar, and a large concession area. You can order your things ahead online if you like. There are also a lot of dining options around and newly improved parking. My favorite thing is Oscars season during which I attend the Best Picture Showcases in which they play all the best picture Oscar nominees they can the Saturdays the day and the week before the awards show. During this time they also have other Oscars presentations such as animated shorts, and live action shorts. So fun!

All the theaters are comfortable with full recliner seating that can be reserved in advance right up to showtime. The Dolby theater has a giant screen and suburb sound effects. There are lots of places to eat in the area before the show.

This was one of the few theaters in Northern Colorado still showing "The Nun" as it got close to Halloween. We had a great time!

We went to see Nutcracker and 4 Realms & others went to the newer Halloween movie. Obviously, we come from 2 camps? Scary and Fantasy, and we all were happy after our movie experience. They had clean bathrooms and happy employees.
