We ran the trails here during the summer. It is a nice and challenging run with the hills. The paths are a bit rough with big rocks in them. You have to look down while running. We just recently went back for a walk/hike there. There is a lot to offer in scenery that I couldn't see while running. Beautiful... More

Great park with a lovely area for a hike. Problem is the infestation of Lyme ticks. We only go when the ground is frozen and ticks are dormant. Hike in the winter. Or beware.

Looking for a 3 to 4 mile walk with a nice view at the end and nice wide walking path along nature. Very nice park with several trails - good for dogs, biking, with picnic tables and benches along the way. Busy at times so it's nice and safe.

We walked the trail to the point and then walked the shore to the end of the spit. There are other trails as well. We enjoyed the birds, the shoreline, the sounds of the surf, and the views. And the walk. Easy walking overall.

Trail is relatively flat until you get to the sound. Beautiful views. Some bike and some ride their horse. We did the outer round trip and it took about two hours enjoying the views. Definitely worth visiting. Tip: entrance and parking are free

What a nice hiking park. Unfortunately we didn't get to check out more paths. The views are beautiful and the ground is pretty level. We encountered parents towing the kids in a wagon, a few joggers, walkers and bicycles. The tide was out so we walked along the water on way back. Seen a few jellyfish that didn't make it... More

I love coming out here and running. The scenery is beautiful and the trail is awesome. It's a must see if you're in the area.

Great place to take the dog for a hike and end up at the ocean. Plenty of parking. Generally get a good breeze off of the ocean. Nice way to spend a sunny day.

I love this park! The beginning of the trail makes you think it is just a walk near the water, but stay with it until it turns. About halfway through the 5 or so mile trail, you come across a rocky coast with the trail leading to an overlook that was simply stunning! One would never know they were in... More
