Took our grandkids for a tour of history. This museum is beautifully kept, very informative , and preserves much of history. Loved it and will definitely return. The staff was very helpful and gracious

This is the former political center of Connecticut. Amid modern high-rises and busy traffic, the dominating presence of this stately architecture forms an interesting urban landscape. Unfortunately it was closed during our visit.

Jacob was a fantastic guide, and provided the tour with energy and knowledge. It's very reasonably priced and right in the heart of downtown. Happy with the time and money spent.

Unfortunately the place was not open on the Sunday we were there nor would it e on the Monday. Fleeting impressions gained from external views suggested an attractive historic building.
