Trinity College is a gem in Connecticut's capital city of Hartford. It is tucked away in the western part of town sitting on a hill. it is a Old New England College at it's best. The surrounding neighborhoods can appear a little rough, but once you step on campus you are transported to a time of long ago with a... More

Great Fall day at my alma mater, and the team beat our rival Wesleyan! Worth a four hour drive from Maine!

Trinity is a lovely campus. It is in an urban setting, but the campus sits up on the hill from much of the surrounding area which is less ideal. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We really loved Goldbergs for lunch or a quick bite. Trinity is working on building around the perimeter of the campus so the area has moved... More

decent college with good academic reputation. Good liberal Arts college. The college itself has a nice looking campus. Competitive acceptance rate. Only problem with the college is that it is not in the best neighborhood of Hartofrd.

What a time honored tradition Trinity College is with its wonderful buildings and scenic campus. History is in every building and campus is very welcoming! Great place to visit with the older kids!

There are several gems at Trinity College including the chapel, the grounds, and movie theatre that shows independent and art films. The chapel is a craftsman's mecca filed with hand carved, highly decorative pews, stained glass, and stonework. You could easily spend an hour wandering among the pews examining the small carvings of animals, historical figures, and scenes of academic... More

Beautiful campus, wonderful historic buildings completely surrounded by (I hate to say getto) a rough looking neighborhood. Wonderful history behind the college. Safe enough in the day time but I would not walk around the neighborhood after dark.

Housed on the Trinity College campus this true throwback movie house that seats 500 is a wonderful place to see a classic, an art film or view a worthy new release. Cinestudio is an independent theater founded in 1970 by students of the university that formed into a non-profit in 2002. Recently the equipment has been updated and some renovations... More
