This used to be a lovely unspoilt corner of Northumberland. What on earth has happened?? You can't move for hordes of people, dog walkers with at least 3 dogs each, all running wild, and now a cheap, tacky Bouncy Castle. Seaton Sluice has gone right downhill. Don't bother visiting.

Seaton Sluice beach is beautiful, although it has got rip tides off shore so take care. there are toilets near by and plenty of pubs to have a spot of lunch at.

A lovely walk along the coastline on any weather. The beach is lovely and the kids love the playground. The only drawback is some of the dog walkers who let their poorly behaved dogs off the lead.

Has some lovely pubs and a nice beach but overall i'd say its a little run down compared to a lot of other northumberland towns and villages! Nice people though :-)

Long, clean and shelter beach which is easily accessible and good pubs and eateries nearby. Safe swimming and well used by families.

This lovely village is the place to visit in the north east to quietly explore, walk, rock pool, eat, have a drink. You leave knowing you have experienced a lovely village setting that has rock pools, Jurassic rock, ancient woodland, the delights of Holywell Dene and stunning beaches. Perfect day out
