LocalsCrew a.S.D. Offers Kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, SUP courses, in the Salento's Ionian coast with possibility to move even on the Adriatic coast.
We are mainly in the area of Gallipoli, Torre Mozza and Torre San Giovanni.
Our professionalism is guaranteed by FIV-IKO-VDWS instructors with international experience.
The courses are designed to make you have fun and learn in a few hours of lessons and you'll also become part of this world.
Courses include equipment, instructor one-on-one, liability insurance and transportation, at the end of the course you will be issued an international patent (IKO Card), attesting your level.
Courses available in English, French, German, Spanish.
Possibility to rent after the course or to anyone in possession of valid certification.

I spent a few days in December with Daniele. He's a great teacher (I'm an intermediate kiter) and he and the whole crowd at the kite-spots was very friendly and welcoming! I will come back, thank you for a great time!🤩🍾

Daniele has been my kite instructor for my first kite lesson ever. He has a positive attitude, important to approach this kind of sport. Kite surfing is a quite technical sport. The first lesson is entirely focused on how to fly a kite on land. You need just to practice and follow Daniele's suggestions... and start dancing with the wind!

My second year in a row going out with Daniele and his crew. They're all experts, helpful, attentive, well stocked with gear- and just all around good people. When I'm in the region next, I'll probably go out with them again.
Also, Daniele's English is excellent, which is a plus in southern Italy, where that can be a bit hard to find

Amazing hour wakeboarding rental just before sunset. The team were quick to respond and fit us in last minute. It was my first time wakeboarding and Daniel was a good coach - rule 1 don’t hit the water with your face! He also gave us a great recommendation for a sunset drink when we were done. Would do again.

Overall a great experience! Before visiting family in Apulia we decided to contact the localscrew. The Communication was fast and efficient. During the course Luca gave us great tips and we laughed a lot. It‘s really great to meet people who are so passionate about what they do!
We really had a wonderful time and hope to repeat it again soon. Maybe kite surfing next time?

Fantastic time paddle boarding in crystal clean waters! Daniele was informative and spoke great English! Well worth a trip if you want to do water sports in the area. Would highly recommend! Thank you we will be back!!!!

I finished the advanced course with Daniele and only after few hours managed to stand on a board and surf few meters on my own, and I was a complete begginer holding a bar the first time. I was perfectly explained, everything, starting from the the wind, through equipment, to the practice. The whole crew creats an awesome atmosphere, it's a place with such cool and open-mined people that I don't imgine not to come back in future for more;)

Although it was already off-season, Dani and his team made everything possible to give us very professional intermediate lessons. Lido Sabbioso is a perfect place to learn or getting back into it, with its long flat area and stable wind conditions, without being too rough.
The price is very reasonable, we paid significantly more at other places (eg Fuerteventura).
Oh, and a special thanks to Gianluca for his patience ;-)

Being so lucky to find kitesurfing with Daniele and his co' it was a highlight of our holidays in Puglia.
Me and my girlfriend never tried kitesurfing before and after some researches we found Daniele in Salento. It was such a experience trying kitesurfing for the first time and meeting such a bunch of charming Italians which they were very welcoming. The language barrier was not a problem as all of them were speaking English. We staid in Puglia for 1week and done kitesurfing twice ( and this is due to the weather, if not we want it to do it everyday)
Big thank you to Daniele ( amazing boss 😀) Luka and Massimiliano for all their time spending with us.
We will defiantly coming back with more friends and I suggest to everybody, if you are in Puglia is worth trying the kitesurfing.

Ciao andiamo in Puglia a luglio. Quale posto migliore per praticare il kite surf. Mio marito ha già qualche esperienza. C'è un vento in questo momento? C'è una buona spiaggia per aquiloni che ha anche un ristorante, bar in modo che la mia famiglia possa stare?
