This was my first trip in over 20 years and I am still disappointed. While there are 4 separate casinos it feels like you are in a warehouse there is no decode to speak and its a cold feeling. Most of the machines are antiquated and the food offerings are run of the mill. Its an overly large venue and... More

Wife and I returned after 25 years out of the area for a weekend of memories!!!! one of the attractions we wanted to visit was Foxwoods and WOW!!! What a change. I was stationed at Groton in the early 90's, and my wife attended Foxwoods the opening week back in 1992. We met great people and had lots of fun... More

My wife and I visited on Sunday 2/19/17, which was Presidents' Day weekend. We were blown away by the size and scope of the place. Foxwoods is a series of several lavish casinos, a collection of countless restaurants, an entertainment venue, a collection of high-end shops, and an outlet mall, all rolled into one (and that's putting all the hotel... 1 Con with the Casino is the Parking garages, be prepared to get lost. Lots of restaurant choices. Lots of gambling. Way too many young children ---what is wrong with you parents? Is it not Disney world --get a babysitter. Would return

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party over the weekend at Foxwoods. We stayed in the Grand Pequot towers, went to the Norwich Spa, the Red Lantern, Shrine, and the Veranda Cafe. Over all it was a great weekend and most of the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious and worked for the 8... More

Depending on what type of gambling you like, you will find something to suit your taste. There are smoking and non smoking casino areas, depending on what your preference is.

We stayed at the Foxwoods Tower Hotel while at a Concert. The service was excellent. Parking was free, but so big as to be confusing - memorize where you park. The prices are, just like everything else at the property, very high. We booked an "accessible room", well, maybe in some designers eye. Tight, awkwardly laid out, with a semi-functional... More

Staff was nice as always but the Cedars steakhouse left much to be expected. Great server Toby, prime rib was second rate, potato not cooked and beer too warm. We'll stay again but choose other dining options.

Foxwoods Resort is a great weekend getaway. So much to do! I easily reached 10,000 steps on my Fitbit :-). It's not just a place to gamble. They have great shops, lots of restaurants to choose from and great deejay.
