Saw the Elf musical with my teenagers and my wife. All good seats and very convenient to restaurants. Parking is everywhere. Will definitely be back.

Shubert Theater is a finely appointed facility that is well maintained. Plenty of parking in nearby lots and garages. Every other row is staggered. To avoid having a person in front of you block your view of the stage, choose rows A, C, E, G, I ...

A beautiful theater with so much history. A visit back in time when live performers uses live bands and props. Great place to visit and support the arts.

It's nice that this small theater has been saved from the wrecking ball. A pretty theater with good sight lines and acoustics. However, tight, cramped seats: if you're a big person you'll likely be uncomfortable.

If you can't get to Broadway or can't afford it, come see the shows in New Haven at the Shubert. For the most part this is a good theater, the seating and sightlines are good, and the acoustics are as good as any other theater. Mezzanine is a great value. Stay out of the Balcony though unless you have front... More

We took a walk up to the balcony at intermission, and it was a little steep up there - you probably wouldn't like the balcony if... More
