We enjoyed our ride from the Jersey shore to Lewes. The ferry is huge although it may not look it. It holds about 100 cars! The workers guide you on the ship and park you tightly. Some people chose to stay in their cars. Other...More

Great time! We had a very smooth ride and fun entertainment on the ferry. Beautiful sunset and a beautiful night was a bonus. Perfect way to spend a summer evening.

I have gone there several times only because it is on the water. It changes every year. More tables and the food gets worse. The drinks are the best and the wait staff and bartenders really know how to make a great drink. I will...More

This time we took the ferry from Lewes, De to Cape May, NJ. A beautiful day of sunshine and sites. The grandchildren enjoyed the ride and spotting everything in the water. A good refreshing way to start a day.

It is not that the ferry is so great -- EXCEPT that it saves you time driving. It is well run and the boat itself seems fine. It is not wonderful, but it seems clean and the snack bar is OK and the restrooms are...More

Riding on the ferry is great. The boat is very calm and relaxing with many comfortable places to sit. There is a shuttle that will take you around to the outlets and many other places which is pretty prompt and easy to ride. The shuttle...More

I agree Your better off eating in Cape May or Lewes Delaware (Depending on which direction your heading) The Ferry has “snacky things” Pretzels, hot dogs, etc. By all means go to the top deck for a trip cocktail! We love the... More

There is a great outdoor bar with a food menu in Lewes. Right on the water, great environment and free muni golf.

It is 17 miles, which takes about 90 minutes, one-way. There are outside open decks, upper decks ( with a bar), and an enclosed deck with A/C, comfortable chairs, a food bar, and TV’s.
