Rockford Park and Tower has a happy feeling about it. There were a lot of families, runners and dog walkers. There is a small picnic pavilion near the tower that is shaded and has adequate trash disposal. It is one of the few hilly places...More

We went to the park to enjoy a free concert. They offer a free concert series in the summer. While we were there we toured the 100 year old Rockford Tower. It was quite impressive and a fun addition to our evening.

Pet and people friendly Rockford Park is a ice place for a stroll on walks or through the grass. There is an historical tower to climb and enjoy a great city view. The sledding in the winter is also fun. A family friendly place

Nice place for a walk (with or without dog on leash) or a run. Nearly tackled once by Jill Biden's security team, but otherwise a good place.

Walking the grounds at Rockford Park is very relaxing. There are paved paths or you can just stroll along the grass.
