Very Friendly staff.

Great information on what to do and what to avoid. Ask for Larry. Was able to pick out what to see based on their advice.

A local recommended we stop at the Big Pine Visitors Center on our way to Key West. So glad we did. Penny was unbelievably helpful. Gave us tons of recommendations on bars, restaurants, and activities. Even got a few two for one drink coupons. Yea! Fabulous service! Thanks penny!

Worth a stop to get info before heading further down into the lower keys and Key West. Staff is really friendly and can give some good insight on things to do and places to eat.

If you never been to the keys this place has many pamphlets advertising all kinds of stuff. To me, this is just a big menu of things to do.

We definitely like to stock our centers with ample pamphlets, free magazines, and valuable coupons for our guests, not to mention deep discounts on accommodations and trips. Most visitors find this extremely helpful. Also, our agents are experts on all things Florida Keys. Upon asking, they can share tips, info and discounts for key hot spots, directions, and little known... More

We stopped in at Key West Visitors Centre in Big Pine Key en route to Key West. Melissa was incredibly helpful and gave us all sorts of coupons, the best of which was for an art gallery and got us a free photo card. She even recommended where to park and was the most helpful and informative of any visitor... More

This is only the 1st visitors center you hit...there is another in Key West when you get further into town. When we arrived their computers were out and they were unable to help us get any tickets for anything. We went on to the next Visitors center and got better info anyway
