This is a nice option for people and their dogs - water and a beach. Dogs and owners seem to be having a good time. This isn't a beach you'd want to spend the day at if you value your olfactory senses; it is smelly. I also saw male dogs relieving themselves on peoples' beach bags as there aren't other... More

Fantastic area for the dogs to have their time when in holiday . Shallow wading water with wading water birds . Lots of sandy beach areas even though the tide was in . Watch out for currents as the tide shifts around 10am.

There are a lot of "dog people" in SW Florida and we all are looking for good places to let our pups run and have fun with other dogs. We have water dogs, so the dog Beach sounded like a sure bet. Some pro's: beautiful setting on the gulf, lots of dogs of all breeds to play with ,a good... More

I was excited to take my puppy to the dog beach. To say I was disappointed was an understatement.. The beach is wonderful for dogs however it is vile in that owners of dogs don't care about picking up waste or taking care of their dogs..MY OPINION --FAILURE

Dog Beach is definitely a no-frills beach, but it's always a family highlight. When we lived here, Lady (our fur-baby) loved going. She's a senior citizen now and is more quiet. However, she still loves watching the others romp and play in the surf and on the beach as she sits in the low waters along the beach.

We don't have a dog, but we're bike riders. Everyone else we know comes here to walk, run, be with their dogs and other dogs. It's a great , envirornmentally friendly beach dog walking place not to be missed.

While staying in Bonita Springs, my husband & I heard of this place. Altho we did not have our dogs with us, we stopped by. The water remains shallow very far out so the dogs have tons of room to run thru the water & play. We waded around for about an hour just watching & occasionally getting zoomed by... More

We saw this beach from boat at sunset. Went back next afternoon, high tide, no beach, it is all under water. I give it stars for availability, dog washing station, free parking, porta john. But check the tides before you go.

We have brought our dogs here twice. Both times were enjoyable but busy, not a relaxing beach experience for owners but the dogs have fun. Great stretch of beach to let dogs run through sand and shallow water. There are two things we did not care for 1) having smaller dogs ourselves we were concerned about larger dogs that were...
