Lots of activity to watch as boats pass by and the water rush plays its show. This place is perfect for a shady break from the sun while still enjoying the water.

We decided to try this beach location to see what all the hype was about. I really was not impressed....there are many other beaches in the area that are much better. The water is murky due to the Inlet for boats passing through. Okay for...More

Can go on a charter boat and catch whatever is running. Banana Boat mostly seafood, a little pricey, 2 Georges seams more casual, with varied menu

Get out and do some fishing on the jetty, snorkel the artifical reef on the south side, or just enjoy the sunrise.

Watch local anglers catch right from the sea. Or forget about it bring your pole lets go fishing . Where the brackish water and sea meet this outlet is where local charter, drift boats deploy through to the mighty Atlantic ocean. Teaming with ocean life...More

Nothing really special about the inlet. It does have a fair amount of parking. There are restroom facilities. They really should try and keep the beach a little cleaner. Seaweed never looks good on a beach. Overall it is a nice beach and has a...More

Great place for family outing, to the left a quiet beach on the Intracoastal waterway, to the right the rowdy inlet from the Ocean to the Intracoastal. East a nice beach on the Ocean, good parking and facilities (bathrooms, showers, water fountain) better during the...More

Nice area for fishing on concrete ledge. Came up empty so we went surf fishing instead. In the Atlantic we netted bait and caught two snook. It isn't season so we threw them back but fun to catch these black lined beauties!

Free parking and many families make this a great go to place for beach goers and sun chasers. There is a pier over the ocean and an inlet from the ocean to the intracoastal. BBQ grills are free and people will share their fire. EXCELLENT...More

Nice fishing pier and breathtaking observation spot for nature, fish, and bird life - particularly the pelicans. The beach on the south side of the pier is a better, cleaner sunbathing and swimming spot. Very interesting to see the water rushing in and out of...More

Yes, there is swimming both inside inlet park to the left of the entrance, but the best swimming is on the ocean side to the left of the inlet. There are people fishing off the jetty but every time I fished there, never had... More
