Cannot believe we never checked this place out on previous trips! Hubby bought 100 littlenecks for $15.00! We chowed down after he steamed them in white wine and garlic. The tiny gems were so tender and sweet. We’ll definitely get these again!!!

So glad we were in town on Friday which is the only day they hold their tours. The tours start at 1pm. They advise you wear shoes you don't mind getting wet and although there is not a lot of chance to get wet there...More

Southern Cross offers a tour of their plant at 1PM on Friday afternoon. One of the owners guided our tour. It was very interesting and informative. Tour takes about an hour.

Don’t miss the 1 o’clock Friday tour. It was very informative but the group size was too large to hear. The guide was a wealth of knowledge and answered everyone’s questions thoroughly, but unfortunately when the group sizes too large it’s hard to manage. What...More

Thanks for your review. We understand the larger groups are harder for people to hear, but we do not have the resources to dedicate to a second free tour. As a suggestion you can have a payed tour any weekday you want that would be...More

You cannot find a better price on clams anywhere. 100 middle neck for 17.00. The freshest and most tender. The guys that work there are helpful and knowledgeable.

After having my fill of MAGA hats and t-shirts, to say nothing of the anti-Obama, anti-black, anti-immigrant, Pro-Trump “rap” music, left the tour and opted not to buy any of the seafood they grow and sell. I suspect the food is good, and respect the...More

Not sure what pro Trump rap music is but....We open up our doors once a week for a free tour of the hatchery in which the public gets to see the inner workings of our business. Please don't confuse one mans office space for what...More

Have your cooler ready on the way out of town! That's what we do. These guys are great. Ice in the cooler, clams in the ice, on the grill when we get home. Delicious! The best clams in the USA!

We visited Cedar Key in the slower summer season so tours weren't offered but since we were on our way home to Miami we just had to stop and pick up a bag of their fresh clams to bring back with us. At $22 dollars...More
