The Pier provides a good place to see the sunset and take pictures, but it does get a little crowded. In February, the crowds are small. There were no vendors on the pier in February when I was visited. They also have a place to buy sandwiches and a small gift shop. While the pier is a nice place to... More

Was really nice view on the pier and they offer fishing, but we did not do it. Nice little gift shop, but you have to pay to go to the end of the pier. Go early morning and you will get a parking spot. Afternoon, no way!

Not a bad pier, plenty of room to walk and and take in views. If you want to go all the way to end it wil cost you a $1.00. This aggravates some but we were ok with it. It was clean and enjoyed watching people fish and the seagulls trying to get the fish that were caught. Overall good... More

I was walking around the beach while my husband was in business meetings and walked out on this pier by chance. I am not sure what typically goes on here, it was off-season, but it was certainly pleasant enough, and I saw some vendors, etc. Toward the end, you have to pay $1 if you want to go all the... More

I took the family and young kids to pier 60. We paid the 1.00 fee each to walk to the end of the pier for sightseeing purposes, which was nice. There are not too many vendors, or at lest not too many when we went. There was a juggler at the entrance which was entertaining and a few local vendors... More

By day, great place to fish or just view the birds. By night, best place to view the sunsets. The nightly festivals with vendors and performers is so much fun.

Nice stop. Be prepared to pay a dollar per person if you choose to walk out to the very end otherwise you can walk out 3/4 of the way. Located on a really nice beach for swimming, shelling, walking, and relaxing. Nice little artisan market held on the pier in the evenings.

You can find piers like this one practically in every big resort town or city on the coastline. Pier 60 is a nice place to walk, take pictures of the beach, to have a good time at nature. Very nice scenic views. Also popular with fishermen, it must be. Pier 60 is the first one among many I've seen in... More
