I so look forward to playing tennis at McMullen Tennis Center when I visit this part of Florida. Not only is it in a very nice setting (although a little difficult to find for the first time), the desk staff are very friendly even to out-of-towners. The courts, both Har-tru and hard courts are very well maintained. Remember to brush the Har-tru court once you are finished. Monday, Wednesday and Friday there is drop-in tennis for women and men at a very reasonable cost of $5. The players are very welcoming. In fact, now there are so many people showing up that some are waiting for a turn. The good news is that additional courts are now being built. Hopefully this will relieve that problem. The mens locker room needs sprucing up.…

McMullen is definitely a great place to play tennis, never hard to find a game. Nice friendly staff, especially David. Eight clay courts, seven hard and also pickle ball. It’s also very reasonable, both for residents and visitors!

McMullen Tennis Complex could easily be the one reason for my wanting to move to Clearwater, Florida. This facility has fantastic hard and clay courts, showers, and water fountains on court (filtered water). And this complex is publicly funded by the city of Clearwater! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to the McMullen Tennis Complex - we were in Clearwater on vacation. The court rental fees are incredibly reasonable. The residents of Clearwater have a wonderful gem in McMullen Tennis Complex. There are tons of tennis programs for adults and junior players. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Residents of Clearwater are extremely fortunate to have the McMullen Tennis Complex.…

This is an amazing tennis complex in a strange place. The neighborhood that borders the courts do not match the beauty and integrity of the sports arena. This is for the better players and those who want to become the best, THE BEST.
