Volleyball courts setup, plenty of room and the water is great. Great place to grab a bite and enjoy the ocean. Great views and plenty of sand.

Nice spot to take in the views and have a drink. Spendy, but what would you expect. Had to either pay to walk out on the pier or order food or drinks. Nice to have a meal over the water but the service can be a bit spotty. I'll cut them a break because it seemed like an impossible task... More

Even though Cocoa Beach doesn't have a boardwalk comparable to Ocean City Maryland the pier is a pleasant walk at sunset. We followed the sign for fishing to get out over the water on the far end of the pier. My only negative is that it seems the business locations are so intrusive that it feels like the customer can't... More

Not worth the cost to park or to eat at the bar or restaurant. Last visit in August 2016 we saw two roaches crawl across the bar . Not too appetizing to say the least. If you are out to people watch his is a great spot for that. As for any fishing, off the pier a cannot comment as... More

We didn't have to pay to walk out on the historic pier because they soaked us for $15 for parking (!), so they threw in access to the pier. If we'd had to pay, we'd have been disappointed. There's really not much to see. The beach near the pier was filthy! Cigarette butts everywhere. It's pretty clear that the neither... More

Thank you for your comments on your visit to the Cocoa Beach Pier. When you pay for parking we provide you admission to the end of the pier. The price of parking allows you to park all day until we close at 10:00 PM during the week or 11:00 PM on weekends so you have beach access all day. We... More

We stopped in the the close proximity to our hotel. It was nice seating over the ocean and our waiter was nice but we had trouble with the loudness of the venue to effectively communicate. The food was nothing spectacular.

Great Views, but be sure to bring money with you to look from the dock. The first time we walked there from our hotel up the beach, we didn't have money with us so we couldn't go out on the dock which was disappointing.

Went here to watch the shuttle launch. There was a greedy guy from the restaurant at the end of the pier trying to charge us $5 to watch the launch. We just went the other way thru the restaurant and got an even better view for free. Lots of cool little shops/restaurants. It was under construction but it was still... More

Quite an experience at night, however it in under construction/repair so not all areas are accessible. There is an arcade, restaurant/bar, and retail stores. Quite a good use of the space. Beach volleyball is available as well. It's really cool at night with the sign all lit up and the lights in the water attract fish to the pier.

Fun place to relax before or after day on the beach. A variety of foods and ice cream await. A walk out to end of pier one can see KSC towers and ships out to sea. Very relaxing time for family, couples, friends etc.
