Cool place for your fist visit, close to other area attractions. Tends to be very crowded. Staff is very friendly.

Visited here last week with friends, had to pay 10 dollars to park which I thought was pretty steep as you are not likely to stay all day. The pier was pretty busy but managed to get seats further down and had drinks/snacks which were well presented and tasty.

My first visit here and I would love to come back and stay one day. Long miles of beach and the wooden pier had a bar, shops and restaurant. We went out onto the part further out where the fishermen go, and watched the surfers on the rolling waves. A wonderful few hours out from the hassle of the city.

The Boardwalk bar has a nice view. Several restaurants are normally open, but they are doing construction at the entrance to the pier. Also the tiki bar was closed due to damage from hurrican Matthew. In the past, the tiki bar was a nice place to hang out. I am rating it a 4 from previous visits more than this... More

This pier was a little on the disappointing side; not as long as a typical California west coast pier; charging $2 admission on weekend for walking on the fishing portion, a couple of bars and shops. I would not go out of my way to see this.

Spent a long weekend in CB. Pier was clean, and although busy, foot traffic moves pretty quickly across the pier. There was a short wait for a table, but the food was amazing. The shops are nice for souvoniers and gifts. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Saturday afternoon, and it's rather busy of course. Only parking option was the $15 lot, you get "free" entry to the end of the pier, which otherwise will cost you extra. I don't see why, we ate and had cocktails, so the pier made money. It's just a pier, not a museum - you see the ocean, not a fancy... More

Nice but crowded, multiple attractions, good food and life music. I like the upgrades. Nice view and beach fishing available although did not appear that anyone was catching anything.

we paid to walk out but it was mostly closed due to storm damage-I'll call that a rip-off- there were piles of wood on the deck ready to repair the closed area-no sign of any work being done
