No Walk-ins Accepted - Small boat tours - We no longer offer tours: June-July-August-September due to the water quality and manatee numbers. Tour Reservation Confirmation Required -We are a private tour company owned and operated ONLY by the owners/captains.We give each tour the "personal and educational" attention you want and allow the manatees to feel comfortable while we explore their world. While on tour if you ask, we'll even explain how manatee rescues are performed and what we do in our spare time as manatee volunteers to help PROTECT and PRESERVE, this incredible species for future generations.

Manatees in Paradise is a four star tour operator. Captains Mike and Stacy are not only knowledgeable but care deeply about the manatees. Their boat, wet suits and snorkels were in excellent condition. I went on the tour Thanksgiving weekend, leaned about manatees and then got to get in the water and observe them in their natural environment. I would... More

We headed to Crystal River for Thanksgiving to swim with the manatees. This is my second swim with Capt. Stacy and Mike, but a first for my daughters (20 and 17). Stacy and Mike care so deeply about manatee conservation and protecting these gentle creatures - that there tour is so dear to their hearts. They truly want each of... More

Captains Mike and Stacy made our manatee tour unforgettable. They are unbelievably knowledgeable guides and their commitment to manatee conservation and protection make Manatees in Paradise the tour to take. On our tour not only did people get to swim with manatees (an amazing experience by itself!), but we got to witness dolphins having a feast on mullet, a bald... More

Thanks to Stacey and Mike who provide a very personal tour where you get to know a lot about manatees. They are very passionate about the animals and seem to be more interested in people learning about the animals than in financial interest. There are max. six people on the boat which is a big advantage to the big operators.... More

This was such a wonderful trip for myself, husband and daughter. We were so lucky that the temperatures dropped for our visit. It was worth putting up with being really cold first thing to see these wonderous creatures in their true habitat and choosing for themselves to interact with us. Thank you so much Mike and Stacy for an experience... More

What a wonderful experience for me and my 3 teenagers. I have traveled around the world and scuba dived a lot, and this rates up there as one of my favorite outdoor experiences. It was so thrilling to be so close to such beautiful, graceful creatures. I loved Captains Stacy & Mike and how much they truly care for the... More

As usual, they tell you "we can't guarantee you will see them". But they are everywhere. Gentle giants, mother and babies... you're snorkeling with them. they come to you and look to you in the eyes and you feel something strange. Peaceful and interactive. Like with dolphins you know. they have something humans. We stay looking at a puppy playing... More

I don't write a lot of reviews but I noticed someone else reviewed Captain Stacy on the day my family was on her boat on a private tour. The other reviewer was not with us but we do remember them. We booked a private tour on 1/30/2016. We were supposed to go out at 7:00 AM but by family decided... More

This was a once in a lifetime experience. Captain Mike and Captain Stacy were so knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the safety and comfort of the manatees. They were also very kind and patient with our kids (ages 8 and 10) and did everything in their power to make sure we got the most out of... More

We had a wonderfull time with captain Mike and captain Stacy. Although there weren't so many manatees, they knew where they could find them. They could tell us a lot about the manatees. We were also lucky to see some dolphins at the end of our trip. If you would like to go on a tour, i would strongly recommand... More
