Tripadvisorâs approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nov 2023 ⢠Family
The Shoppes of Heritage Village in Crystal River, FL are amazing, fun, and filled with all sorts of interesting treasures and finds. There is something for everyone and you may find you want to go back again and again; just like we did. Everyone working the shops, eateries, etc., are all so friendly and nice. Plus, they know the area and can probably answer questions about other places to go in the area.

It rained during part of our trip so we decided to check out these shops. They were all quite interesting an offered a variety of items. We got some natural crystals and a couple of pieces of folk art. It was a great place for everyone in our family to find a special souvenir of the trip that was unique and made/resourced locally.

Plenty to see and do here, shopping, food, coffee, it has it all including free parking. Don't miss the general store for a quick trip back in time.

This is a very nice collection of store and shops in one area right off 19/98. There is plenty of parking and it's not too crowded. Rhonda was our first encounter and she was great. Each store sells things that are great for gifts and food and household products. if you get hungry there are several place to eat or just grab a cup of coffee. Prices are not too bad

There are so many different types of shops up and down the street of Heritage Village. We had a good time checking out all of them. Most had chairs outside so my husband could sit and wait for me while I shopped.
