Great Tour of the Speedway for all the family.
Go for the all access areas pass it takes about 90 minutes but well worth it. You get taken around on a tour bus and it stops at various areas you would not normally see.

This is simply one of Florida's most iconic locations, and a visceral thrill for its size and scope. The track tours are excellent and just getting to tour the main stand is an immense experience. The new Hall of Fame is well worth seeing, too.
If you are a NASCAR fan, put this track on your bucket list. A lot of history here. Great restaurants and accommodations nearby and scenic Datona Beach. Lots to do and see here even when no races are going on. Check out the museum.

I'm not sure you really need "all access". We booked tickets in an area that seemed to be 'higher up' in the ticketing levels but didn't really see any benefit from this. We came and went from most areas without any questions.
However, there was an area we were unable to access which seemed to be a private box / suite which I suppose would have been pretty cool but other than that no real benefit from other ticket options.
Do note that sitting in the front is rather loud and you may only want to spend some of the time down there and the rest higher up.
