Brought my daughter and friend (ages 15 and 14) to the beginner's class ($50 for 2 hours all equipment included. Make sure you have a waiver signed by parent. If parent doesn't come must have a NOTARIZED waiver from the parent. The girls struggled at first but quickly got the hang of it. Then Jaime showed them in the shop... More

This is in the middle of quiet water park. You can rent everything you need to ski. There are picnic benches nearby so you can watch the skiers do jumps or wipe out! $25 for an hour of skiing which includes everything

We stopped at Rixen after a cruise to the Bahamas. We had both wakeboarded before and were looking for something fun to do. It was raining the day we went, but we had nothing else to do and both the air and water were warm. I would suggest checking Rixen's Facebook page as they noted that the park was booked... More

Never happened to me but today some idiot operating the cable told me I can't use my water ipod cuz is one of the 20 "safety" rules that no one not even them care to practice or enforce ever. even after talking with the "manager" he couldn't explain a... We went to Ski Rixen yesterday and let me tell u, we tried wakeboard before in a few other places, but this place has the most helpful staff i ve ever seen! They went above and beyond to help my niece stand up on the board! They cheered her up when she got upset and they were sincerely happy for... More

Direct from Europe to Florida comes one of America's first Cable water ski resorts. The new, fun and affordable water skiing system pulls you silently over glassy smooth water. No boats and no boat hassles. Just have fun! They are not restricted to wakeboarding and water skiing - people of all ages can slalom, trick ski, kneeboard, wake board and... More

Bring your wake board, sun screen and helmet. There are picnic tables for spectators to watch. Bring food and drinks so you can stay awhile. They have rental equipment, life vests and helmets but best if you bring your own. Fill out ski pass so you do not have to register every time if you plan on being a repeat... More

Staff well trained, go early in the AM as soon as they open for more one-on-one time if you are just starting. Very nice facility, deck there w picnic tables to watch kids but bring a hat a drink and some food from Publix....Get the pass so you don't have to fill out paperwork every time for minors.
