The best view is from the park across the marsh. You cannot drive up to it as it is an active lighthouse and has a fence around it

This is an interesting historical landmark on Amelia Island. However, the entrance is situated very awkwardly in the middle of a residential area and the hours for visiting are very restricted. I would like to rate this attraction higher, but will need to see it...More

It was neat to see, but hard to find. And, they only give tours on 2 days a month. I wasn't lucky enough to get a tour. Disappointing.
