Tristan was super helpful. He got all of our luggage loaded on a bus, but when they realized the bus wouldn’t fill soon enough without making us wait quite a time. He moves all of our luggage into a van so as not to hold us up. Probably 15min from the time we met Tristan to the time we were on the road toward the airport…

Booked and paid by credit card. Followed instructions given. Told to exit terminal to board. Booked for 14 passengers. First driver stated that each had to pay $15. Was told by head office that no cash at terminal and had to use credit card to book. Lucky had save copy of paid email from company.…

I was a bit disappointed in the service. I followed all their rules and called when directed and was told they would be there in about 30-35 minutes. An hour and forty five minutes later they finally showed up after 4 calls made to both the office and driver. I do understand that things happen, I would rather be told the actual time of arrival instead of looking stupid in front of my group of 12 that was growing impatient. Once picked up the service was fine and we made it to the airport for our flights.…
