What an adventure. The embarking point is in a Marina and has convenient parking and easy boarding. The air boat has three bench seats and can handle 15 to 20 people comfortably. I would recommend calling to confirm time and make reservations as they do like to have a minimum amount of passengers to make the trip cost effective. The boat has recently been totally renovated and overhauled. Now onto the trip. The Captain is a hoot. Very knowledgeable and upbeat. Fun guy. On our trip, the day was sunny and hot and there were about 6 passengers. The trip started out as planned. We cruised down the Santa Rosa sound to a secluded area and the fun began. The Captain skillfully did high speed passes over grassy areas and thrilling turns and circles. Then it happened. The boat stopped. At first we thought it was part of the trip, but nope the engine had died. Now mind you this boat had just been overhauled. The Captain examined what he could and to make a long story short, the cruise was over. He had managed to beach the craft on a small island and we were treated to the incredible site of thousands of baby jelly fish drifting around the boat. After having had another boat bring extra gas on the assumption the gas float may have stuck, it was plain the issue was more that could be fixed on site. Now you might think waiting 4 hours for a tow could be aggravating. NOT. We had been treated to a glorious late spring day on the water. The sky was blue, clouds fluffy and white and the waters calm. Think of the perfect beach day without the hassle of crowds. As the sun began to get low in the sky we all sang the castaway song from Gilligan's Island as we were slowly towed back to the dock. Fees for the trip were refunded. Suggestions. Make sure to slather on sun screen and wear long sleeves unless you enjoy a good sunburn. This is an air boat and has no sun shade. Bring a drink. Water is a great idea especially if you have kids. Now sit back and enjoy the ride. I highly recommend even with the mishaps and delays. The Captain handled the situation with humor and style. Sometimes the unexpected provides the most memories.

We have been on his boat twice. Its a nice hours or so long airboat ride where the Captain shows you different birds and gives you a little education about the area.

We went on this tour why we were visiting Fort Walton Beach for our 32nd Anniversary. The captain had lots of good information and history about the area. Although we didn't see much except a bird and some dolphins the day we went the weather was perfect with overcast skies and a little cooler. It was fun to get to experience our first air boat ride in Florida, Thank You for the great memories.

Captain Frank and Shelly provide an awsomely fun and educational trip to the backwaters of the Ft Walton area. This area is full of wildlife including Dolphins. We stopped to watch 3 dolphins play right around us for quite awhile. Great value for the price. We went with Captain Frank back in 2016 on a 15 passenger airboat and went back this year in 2019. We went on a 5 passenger boat that was really fast and agile.Frank actually let play us Captain for a few minutes and drive the boat. Definately doing this again next time we are in Ft Walton.
