This place has won our hearts. Not only is their brew awesome, their backstory is killer! We had a wonderful visit with the owner’s mother. She gave us the entire story. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves small batch craft distilled rum and vodka.

Looking for something different and we discovered Copper Bottom , so we decided to visit. What a great and informative experience, received a personal tour by an owner. Afterwards we sampled the products, 1 vodka and 5 different rums.
Let me state right up front that I’m not a big vodka fan unless in a mixed drink and my girlfriend is not a rum fan. The vodka was unbelievably smooth as were each of the rums. We were both impressed with the whole experience and purchased a vodka and their best rum..

This distillery has three delicious products, vodka, rum, and beer barreled rum. The vodka is really delicious and has no harsh ethanol taste. Made purely with sugarcane, it’s very smooth on the pallet. In the the distillery tasting room is a really nice tribute to the local fallen heroes in the military and first responders/law enforcement. This is an excellent local business and offers a military/law enforcement discount. The vodka was a must for me to purchase!

Excellent experience! Mark, one of the owners was our tour guide, and he was great. He was extremely informative and answered every one of our questions, of which there many! My wife and a friend joined me, and even though they really only went because I wanted to go, they thoroughly enjoyed it. After the tour, we did the tasting, which was great. Not a huge rum drinker, but ended up purchasing a bottle, as well as a bottle of vodka. Bringing them home to NJ, where I will enjoy them with some friends.

We had a great personalized tour of the distillery. Perhaps just lucky (for us) thanks to lower turnouts due to COVID but it was really nice to ask all the questions we wanted without impeding on others' time. Owners were all personable and interesting. We'll be going back again with friends.

I live about an hour away and consider myself a regular. The family has heart and it shows in their products. I definitely recommend you and your 21+ family to come and check it out for yourself! Different selections every time you go and it keeps getting even better. Don’t take my word for it- check it out! Thank you Craig Family, your Saint Augustine tour guide is here for you, any time!

We saw the truck as we were going over the bridge to Daytona Beach Shores. So we stopped on our way back. The owner was there and immediately offered us a tour. We took the tour, it was very interesting and he was really informative. He gave us tastes of 4 different liquors. Started with his Vodka, I have to say, I do not like Vodka, I actually have not been able to drink it at all for more than 40 years after having gotten sick on it. He had us take a small drink of the sample and then put an ice cube in the sample...it was awesome. tasted really good and I felt like I could actually drink this straight over ice anytime. Basically the same thing with the rums, the regular and the Wine Barrell Rums were really good. Rum Punch sample was awesome, he was nice enough to give us the recipe for the Rum Punch. If you are in Daytona Beach, you should definitely stop, talk to Mark, take the tour and try the tasting, you won't be disappointed.

We have been to many distilleries in Florida and this hands down was our favorite! Jeremy, the owner, was friendly and a wonderful host before we even opened a bottle. He took us on a free tour of the facilities and even took the time to answer all our questions. He then offered a free tasting of the vodka and rum that they produce and these were products that will not last long in your cabinet. He is so proud of First Responders and Military and even offered a discount on our purchase. They are even making hand sanitizer and supplied the entire carrier, USS Gerald Ford, with a whole crew supply. The swag is like the alcohol, 198 proof! Their products will now be a staple in our bar!

Had an awesome stop at this local (to Daytona area) distillery. The owners were very friendly and gave a great tour and tasting sample of their products (vodka, silver rum and single barrel rum). I’ve been to many distilleries but the family vibe at this one was special. I highly recommend making a stop and checking this one out.

My wife and I were there on Saturday 1/28 and Auto was an amazing host. The history, the samples, the process, the passion behind it, the suggestions, the tour. It is not a laege place, but their ensure quality over quantity. This place has a future, supporting them made it better. Have already spread the word out about this place and products. Had a great time.
