This is a wonderful quaint place. It makes you feel like you're going back in time. The museum part also have a gift shop, and I love the old building. The lighthouse itself is fully functional and super cool. I climb to the top and it was a great review. When you're in Jupiter, this is a must do!

Fantastic short walk & tour. Easy climb. (Seriously, you can take your time, take breaks, it's NOT that bad) Enjoy the breeze at the top. Interesting. Informative. Aaaand....a special sight in nature I won't give away. No spoilers here! It cost $12 per person I think. Totally worth it. Definitely pop in the little museum and look around. Welcome to... More

I would highly recommend going on this tour. The Banyon trees surrounding it are amazing. There are about 140 steps to get to the top, but once you're there, the view is amazing. Interesting history of the lighthouse too.

great exercise, beautiful view, lots of interesting history, and you can see your house if within 4 miles. (Florida doesn't have a lot of big hills!)

After driving this many times while visiting, we took the time to tour. It was well worth it. Great views and interesting information by the guide. It is a nice little break from the world with a beach right there and plenty of boat traffic to watch.

I live in Jupiter and have visited the lighthouse a number of times. In fact, it's a 'go to' place to bring out of town visitors. Jupiter is more than just pretty; it's loaded with fascinating history. A visit to the lighthouse brings you first to an old wood frame building put up by the navy because of its strategic... More

This is a fairly inexpensive tour that is really interesting. The volunteer guides are very good & the lighthouse is beautiful. The banyan tree at the base is unbelievable- lots of weddings are held there. The views from the base & from the top are fantastic. Total time required is less than an hour - definitely worth the investment.

For $12 each for an adult, I was expecting something a bit more detailed and interesting. This lighthouse is fairly run of the mill, especially compared to New England and European lighthouses. The "pioneer" house was also barely historical - my neighbor's house is older.

Great Lighthouse tour, very informative. Grounds are beautiful and well kept, there is a beach and fishing by the gift shop.

Nice museum and grounds. Great history lesson. Well maintained. It's always fun to climb a lighthouse and walk around on top looking at the views. It is a strenuous climb. there is plenty to see if you don't make the climb. Beautiful day.
