As the only air-service, we are by far the most exciting and convenient way to reach the Dry Tortugas, one of North America's most inaccessible National Parks. The Park lies in the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, 70 miles due west of Key West, FL. Low altitude sightseeing flight, great snorkeling, pristine beaches, tour Fort Jefferson & bird watching. Morning, Afternoon & full day tours.

I have been dying to visit the Dry Tortugas and riding in a seaplane is on my traveling bucket list so I got to kill 2 birds with one stone for this one and it was amazing! The ride was great and I felt very safe in the plane and not claustrophobic at all. The views were amazing and we... More

After doing the research about Fort Jefferson and the Dry Tortugas National Park, we quickly realized how cool it would be to include that on our Key West itinerary. We booked our trip with Key West Sea Plane Adventures and enjoyed a great seaplane flight from Key West to Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas National Park. While making this... More

Absolutely beautiful!!! Rob, our pilot was very knowledgeable and fun!!! The seaplane ride was smoother than a normal flight!!! I snorkels for the first time and it was amazing!!! A cooler and beverages were provided!!! Fort Jefferson was absolutely incredible!!! 35 years in the making and it was decommissioned before it was finished!!! The park rangers are very friendly and... More

Pilot was fun and the ride great. Enjoyed Fort Jefferson. Fun place to snorkel and bird watch. Enjoyed the "bird's eye view" of the wreckage of ships and spotted a few sea turtles. Recommend the half day.

Full review with 30+ photos on my blog (link in profile). I have been to KW 10-12 times, and every trip I say to myself "I'm going to visit the Dry Tortugas this time." Well, last August I finally kept that promise to myself and booked the full-day seaplane trip. It is about twice as expensive as the half-day trip... More

I've always wanted to see the Dry Tortugas and since I was in Miami on business drove to Key West to experience this with KW Seaplane adventures. A few things to remember. 1. Book early. 2. It's much, much more fun to take the seaplane than the boat. 3. KW Seaplanes is the only tourist outfit permitted to do this... More

My wife & I did a half day trip to Dry Tortugas. Loved the float plane experience, toured the fort, beached and snorkeled for about an hour. The history behind and of the fort was fascinating. Would recommend this to everyone.

I had an amazing flight and snorkel adventure on The Dry Tortugas! I went by myself but buddied up with a man who was also solo. Never snorkel alone. We were only on the island for 1/2 day which was not enough time. The seaplane flight was amazing! Well worth the money. Lots to see from sea turtles, ship wrecks,... More

Sea plane to the Dry Tortugas is amazing! Just a quick 45 minute flight over beautiful blue water. Watch sea turtles, dolphins and check out ship wrecks. Impossible to do this from the ferry. Snorkel around the island and check out the fort then a quick flight back lets you see old town KW from the air. Just too much... More

This company is wonderful to deal with...warm and helpful personalities. My husband and I have birthdays a day apart, so this trip was to celebrate 2 big ones. I was a bit nervous about flying in a small, 10 passenger plane, but had nothing to worry about. Our pilot, Rob, was formerly an Alaskan Bush pilot, very capable, knowledgeable and... More
